Neighbourhood Profile

 Postal Code- V3W 1P9  Census Tract- 9330185.22 Total population- 3,686  Neighborhood description- 7 minutes' walk from Kwantlen Polytechnic University, this is where I live.           Three most important learning-  1.   Population of this neighborhood decreasing as a whole.  According to census tract, population decreased with (-2.3%). However, according to Vancouver CMA   population seems to increase with 7.3%.        This surprised me as this neighborhood is so close to university. And I always thought this neighborhood seems to be crowdy compared to others. So, this was a very surprising finding that population seems to decrease with time. 2.  Most of the area is covered by immigrants in this neighborhood. In this neighborhood, nearly half (49.2%) population is immigrant population as compared to Vancouver CMA immigrants' population (41.2%). This hasn't surprised me because this neighborh...
