Three most important learning- 1. Population of this neighborhood decreasing as a whole. According to census tract, population decreased with (-2.3%). However, according to Vancouver CMA population seems to increase with 7.3%. This surprised me as this neighborhood is so close to university. And I always thought this neighborhood seems to be crowdy compared to others. So, this was a very surprising finding that population seems to decrease with time. 2. Most of the area is covered by immigrants in this neighborhood.
